Flavia was Head of Landscape and Environment for the stunning resort of The Jalousie Plantation in St.Lucia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Jalousie Plantation, now renamed Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort, is an exclusive 5* hotel based in the south of Saint Lucia, in the Caribbean. The hotel is nestled in between the Piton mountains, with a beautiful white sandy beach, surrounded by 325 acres dense tropical rainforest.
Originally an 18th Century sugar mill and plantation house with a semi-productive landscape filled with cocoa trees, mango trees, coconut palms and ancient forest.
